Eine Woche vorher: Vermählungsanzeige in der Tageszeitung aufgeben.

Bevor jemand in den Hafen der Ehe steuert, gibt es einiges zu erledigen und zu planen: Sie plant den Hochzeitswalzer. Er läßt seinen Hochzeitsplaner natürlich von seinem Herrenausstatter erstellen, allein schon wegen der Dessous.

Und ganz Hartgesottene lassen ihre Hochzeitsplanung vom Erzbistum München und Freising erledigen. Andere wiederum halten es mit Balzac: »Mademoiselle Massin brachte achzigtausend Francs und ihre Häßlichkeit mit, Goupil hatte seine Mißgestalt und sein Amt als Notar; die Ehe erschien also allen als möglich und angemessen.« Wozu dann noch Planung?
