Neben uns hatten etwa 3.000 andere Menschen die gleiche Idee: Alle wollten mal sehen, wie denn die Raffkes so leben, die auf Kosten der Steuerzahler Millionen und Milliarden ergaunert haben. Und ich muß sagen: Sie leben nicht schlecht. Nur Klaus-Rüdiger Landowsky nicht, denn der war vor dem Pöbel geflohen.

[Man merkt, daß man alt wird...] ....wenn man von seiner Krankenkasse zum Herzwandertag (begleitet von Ärzten und Sporttherapeuten) eingeladen wird. Dazu paßt folgende Meldung: Journal of Cardiology: das Rezitieren von Gedichten beugt Herz-Kreislauf-Erkrankungen vor. »The researchers investigated the effects of poetry on heart rate in a study of seven individuals. After having their heart rates measured for a 15-minute period, the study participants recited poetry for 30 minutes, or spent the same amount of time engaged in conversation. Then their heart rates were measured again, also for 15 minutes. After reciting poetry, the study participants' heart rates slowed to match their breathing rates in "harmonic interaction," according to the authors. Further, this effect persisted for up to 15 minutes after the recitation exercises, the investigators report in the International Journal of Cardiology.« [| randgänge]

Übrigens: Diese Krankenkasse hat einen miserablen Webauftritt. Erst wird mein Browserchen beschimpft (»Sollten Sie Ihren Besuch mit Ihrem bisherigen Browser fortsetzen wollen, seien Sie sich bitte bewusst, dass dies mit Darstellungs- und Funktionseinbußen einhergehen kann.«), dann poppen Fenster, die auch noch eigenständig ihre Größe verändern, auf und in wenigen Minuten ist mein 22-Zöller völlig zugemüllt. Warum fragen die nicht jemanden... Ach, lassen wir das, ich rezitiere lieber Gedichte.
